Breaded Italian Pork Loin Chops

July 18, 2015

I love making quick and delicious dishes for my family.  These easy breaded pork chops turned out so well and, they are hubby and kid approved.   This recipe only took me 10 minutes to prepare, you can’t beat that!

Breaded Italian Pork Loin Chops

4-6 pork loin chops, rinsed and patted dry

3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

Ground sea salt

Groud peppercorns

2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1/2 cup fresh chopped basil

Directions:

Dip each pork loin chop in olive oil and set on a tray.  Place bread crumbs, salt and pepper ( 1 t. each) and chopped basil in a large zip top plastic bag.   Place pork chops in the bag, seal and shake until each piece of meat is coated.   Place meat on a baking sheet that has been coated with olive oil.   Bake at 350 degrees 25-30 mins.    Check to ensure the pork chops are cooked in the center.   I served with sweet potato casserole and seasoned green beans.  Would also be great served with steamed asparagus and baked beans.   ENJOY!
