Caramelized Skillet New York Strip

Quick and Easy steak caramelized in an iron skillet and served right away. So good!

1 New York strip steak, rinsed and patted dry
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup Dale’s liquid steak seasoning,  Dales Seasoning
4 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 t. Ground sea salt
1 t. Garlic powder

Place olive oil in hot skillet. Add steak and other ingredients over meat. Cook on medium high 5-6 minutes per side until desired wellness. SO GOOD!!!   I hope you will try this over the holidays!  Serve with roasted asparagus, baked potato and a green salad.  Be sure and ladle the extra pan drippings over the steak.   ENJOY!  steak picture
