Homemade Ice Cream!!! Summer Time!!!

We have never owned an ice cream maker and, I decided, THIS is the summer for one! After all….who doesn’t love homemade ice cream?! I am so excited about the GREAT deal I found on this ice cream freezer! Good ‘ole Walmart had this one for only $32.00, this includes tax and all! I carefully read the reviews and, this brand had over 25 five stars…..can’t beat it! The color is so cute, a fun summer aqua blue! Do you have a favorite ice cream recipe? Please share it with me…I am wanting to make a delicious batch of ice cream for my crew….right away!!!

As a child in Capleville, we had homemade ice cream nearly every Sunday afternoon. As it got ready, it became harder and harder to turn the handle. Fresh peaches would usually go in!!! wonderful…..

we always had MILKY WAY homemade ice cream growing up….mom would melt Milky Way bars on the stove and pour into the mixture and then let the freezer do the rest….it was very yummy – IF you like Milky Way bars of course!
