I had SO much fun making these FUN jelly bean, bunny pancakes! The best part for me was the huge smiles these pancakes brought, as I set down the plates in front of my children. Happy Spring! =D
Spree Jelly Beans are so good to use!
I used Bisquick brand pancake mix for these.

Make a golden pancake and, add a few jelly beans to the batter. *The jelly beans will lose their color in the cooking process and turn clear, but, they taste great in the pancakes! Use a bunny shaped cookie cutter and, cut out, right after you remove the pancake from the griddle.
This ready made OREO icing is so good! I used this icing to make the bunny smile. =)
Ahhhh! First signs of spring in our yard. My son picked this azalea for me yesterday….isn’t the color so pretty?
Hare (get it? LOL!) it is….all ready to eat! Garnish with more jelly beans and, maple syrup. I used a fork to create a little texture on the smile. The cream bird plates are from Pottery Barn.
Let’s eat!
Cute and so festive!
My sweet boy is about to attack this! Ha!
Happy happy spring you all! Have a wonderful day!
