Pumpkin Topiary- Quick and So Pretty!!!

October 9, 2012

FALL!  I just can’t get enough, can you??  I made these EASY pumpkin topiaries last week and, I am so excited to share with you!   The front of your house or apartment will instantly scream, “FALL IS HERE!” with these wonderful displays!

Here are the supplies you will need:

– 2 large containers (look for these at Wal-Mart or Lowes)

– 6 ‘Cinderella’ pumpkins, 2 of each size (small, medium, large)

– Greenery from your yard

DIRECTIONS:  (NOTE:  2 steps—that is it!!!)  HOW EASY!!!!

1.  Stack 3 pumpkins in each container, largest one on the bottom, and, the smallest one at the top. * Make sure you buy the pumpkins with small, medium and large in mind.

2. Place cuttings of boxwoods or magnolia leaves  or ferns from your yard in/around the pumpkins.

This is SO pretty! I love them with the bright green rather than Autumn colors–makes everything pop.

Your pumpkin topiary is so pretty, especially in that wonderful urn! I love Cinderella pumpkins, and grow some every year in my garden to use for decorating.
